Proposed By-Laws 2011 Passed!

We're happy to announce that voting members approved the proposed By-Laws by an overwhelming majority! Over 84% of the votes cast were in approval of the changes proposed by the Board. The Board will have more communications in our July e-newsletter highlighting these new By-Laws.

Earlier this Spring, Onion River Co-op’s Board of Directors unanimously recommended the adoption of a revised set of By-Laws. Voting on these amended By-Laws took place in-store in Aisle One from May 16 through June 6.
