Vermont Soy makes certified organic soymilk and tofu fresh from soybeans grown on family farms. Todd Pinkham and Andrew Meyer, co-owners of Vermont Soy, began selling fresh organic soymilk in 2007—working with UVM extension, High Mowing Seeds, and many Vermont farmers to develop their product.

Located up in Hardwick, Vermont Soy has been part of the vibrant agricultural renaissance in that area with local farms and food business sprouting up over the past several years.

Their soymilk and tofu are sold at City Market year-round.
