Jean Mudgett started Vermont Gluten Free after being diagnosed with celiac's disease. As someone who loved baking and eating baked goods, Jean decided to start experimenting with family recipes to find ways to make them gluten free. From there, Vermont Gluten Free was born! Jean (and Joye Mudgett) bake their products in small batches, using premium ingredients, including their own organic rice flour blend. Their products include breads, cookies, pies, brownies, cakes, and cupcakes.
