Martin and Susan are the faces behind Vermont Cheeseless, a Vermont company that makes gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan cheesecakes (and they are delicious, too!). Martin grew up eating and loving cheesecake and learned how to make his own version. However, when he met Susan (a vegan), he eventually became a vegan too. And so the search for a delicious, vegan cheesecake began, and Vermont Cheeseless was born. You can find all three flavors (chocolate, maple walnut, and raspberry) in our freezers.
