Twig Farm, founded in 2005, is a 20 acre farm owned by Michael Lee and Emily Sunderman. Twig Farm raises mostly Alpine goats on pasture and produces a variety of aged raw milk goat cheeses by hand. Most of their cheese is produced while the goats are one pasture, April-November. You can find their cheese in our Cheese Department.
