Misty Knoll Farm is known throughout Vermont for their local chicken and turkey. Farmer Rob Litch raises more birds than anyone in Vermont at the farm in Addison County, allowing his local meat to be found in co-ops, restaurants, and even university dining halls throughout the state. The farm raises its chickens in big barns, feeding them grains free of antibiotics or hormones. Their turkeys are free range – living in a ground-floor barn with access to a large pasture.
