Klinger's breads are made by the Klingebiel families and come to Klinger's by way of Rock Hill Bakehouse in New York.  These European-style bread recipes were developed by Michael London.  The breads are made from starters that are started 30 hours prior to baking. Klinger's offers a number of different types of bread in our Bakery Department, from sourdough to challah, as well as some pastries for our pastry case.
