Bread and Butter Farm is a community farm owned and operated by Adam Wilson (and his partner) and Corie Pierce (and her partner and two kids).  Adam and Corie first met in 2005 and partnered together to purchase the former Leduc Farm in 2009.  The land is protected by Vermont Land Trust through a conservation easement.  In addition to the working farm, Adam and Corie also started a wood-fired bread bakery on the property.  While Bread and Butter Farm produces a variety of farm products for their farm store (greens, meat, eggs, and milk), City Market currently only sells their wood-fired breads in our Bakery Department.  There are a number of different types of bread and all are made with 100% organic ingredients.

Bread and Butter Farm has also become well-known around Burlington for their Burger Nights, which take place every Friday evening in the summer.  Not only are there burgers and brats for sale (raised and cooked on the farm), Corie's partner, Chris Dorman, provides music for the children (and adults alike!).
