Boucher Family Farm (Highgate)

Daniel and Denis Boucher run a small farm in rural Highgate Center, Vermont with over 120 dairy cows. In 1999, Daniel’s’ wife Dawn taught herself how to make cheese in a small building next to the dairy to supplement the family income. She turns their own fresh milk – still warm from the cows – into handcrafted cheeses during morning milking one day a week. Their most popular cheeses include Gore-Dawn-Zola Blue Cheese, Boucher Blue Cheese, Tomme Collins, and Madison. All of which can be found at City Market.
