Arethusa Collective Farm is a 14 acre certified organic truck farm. The fresh vegetables are harvested from the sandy soils of Burlington Vermont’s Intervale of the Winooski River. Twice a week during the growing season the vegetables are delivered to locally owned grocery stores, restaurants and cafes in Chittenden County.
Every Saturday from mid May to the end of October Arethusa also attends the Burlington Farmers Market at City Hall Park.
The farm was established in 2002 and is cooperatively owned by Ben Dana and Thomas Case. Check out their seasonal veggies available in the City Market Produce Department.
