Discovery Drop-in: Seed Saving for Kids

Join KidsGardening for a fun, engaging lesson on the how and why of seed saving. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to save seeds from tomatoes, peppers, and lettuce. Bring some plants from your garden, or leave them at home—we’ll have plenty on hand! We’ll design seed packets to hold your seeds until next season, and distribute tips on how and when to plant your seeds next year.

This class will take place at our Children’s Discovery Area at the South End store and will be led by garden educators from KidsGardening. Feel free to pre-register or just drop-in anytime.
