A lesson in making homemade pasta, with a gourmet twist! In this class, we will be learning the basics of mixing pasta dough and rolling it out in the traditional Italian way using a mattarello (a 38"-40" long rolling pin). Participants will work together and learn tips to easily enrich flavor and quality in everyday cooking. This class will be taught by Marcey Tucker. Marcey is a nurse by day/chef by night and has been cooking for her family for over 30 years. She is passionate about healing and connecting with people through the power of food.
