Join us for a tasty collaboration between Jasper Hill and City Market in our new Teaching Kitchen in the South End. Leigh Harding from Jasper Hill will lead this tasting workshop and provide a behind the scenes look into their award-winning cheeses. We will explore the art and science of cheese making while getting an inside look into the history of this iconic Vermont business. Leigh will lead a guided tasting of cheeses aged in the famous Cellars at Jasper Hill leaving participants with a newly trained palette and understanding of “taste of place.”
*All participants will leave with a complimentary piece of Jasper Hill cheese.
