Behind the Scenes: Cheesemaking at Shelburne Farms

Join us for an autumn afternoon to go behind the scenes at Shelburne Farms for a close-up view of the farmstead cheesemaking process. Rory Stamp, ACS Certified Cheese Professional and Cheese Sales Manager at Shelburne Farms, will lead this tour through the farm landscape. We will visit the dairy, meet the cows, and see the cheesemakers in action. All participants will leave with cheese to take home.

Participants are encouraged to carpool to Shelburne Farms and there will be some driving involved on site. Participants will be e-mail detailed directions after signing up online.
