Learn how to cook more than burgers and hot dogs. Join us for a day of grilling fundamentals, tips and tricks with City Market’s Assistant Prepared Foods Manager, Norah Cunha. This class will teach you how to cook proteins and vegetables on the grill like a pro, taking proper temperatures and making the perfect grill marks. We will demonstrate how to use a chimney starter, how to make your own mini box smoker and give you other tips on how to get the most out of you grilling season. And not to worry, there will be plenty to taste of some of the season’s best grilling recipes.
