Perfect Pies

Pie crusts can be difficult to master, but once you learn some tricks of the trade, it is a snap! This will be a make-and-take class, so each participant will make their own pie! Jane O’Connor, master of the Champlain Orchards apple pies and owner of The Stevens Farmstead, will guide us as we learn to make pie dough from scratch and assemble our own pies. We will par-bake them, so they are perfect to freeze until you are ready to bake them at home!
