Learn how to make refreshing homemade sodas using soda cultures that are fizzy, fun, and good for you! From fresh berries to lemons to herbs and more, the sky is the limit for summer flavors. Participants will receive a “ginger bug” culture to take home to get started on their own soda adventures. Instructor Caroline Homan has taught food education for a number of years on a variety of topics.
