Come to this introductory class to learn more about this "Universal Life Force" that is available to us for deep relaxation. Reiki promotes healing at all levels of our being and is a wonderful tool for reducing stress, anxiety and physical pain. This class will be led by Anne Cameron, M.Ed, Reiki Master & Reiki Teacher.
