Meg Klepack

Meg Klepack is City Market’s Outreach & Local Food Manager, helping source local foods for the Co-op and educating members about a wide variety of topics, including local foods and farming. She developed a passion for local and sustainable agriculture while serving as the Outreach Coordinator for the Northeast Organic Farming Association of Vermont (NOFA-VT). From there, she worked for the Burlington Farmers’ Market starting up the winter market, helping out with the harvesting and weeding at Intervale Community Farm, and worked with professors at UVM studying agricultural land management. In 2009, she was hired as the Local Food Coordinator at the Co-op and was promoted to Outreach & Local Food Manager in 2011. Meg lives in the Old North End.
